Amelia's waving to the tiger;)
On Father's Day we went to church, then had lunch at Chris' parents' house with his dad's family. We had a great time seeing everyone and eating a great lunch! Then we headed down to Logan County to my Nana and Grandaddy's house. They were having a dinner to celebrate not only Father's Day, but my little brother's 8th grade graduation, and my cousin Meredith moving to Atlanta (boooooo! j/k). So we thought it would be a nice chance to see everyone again! We had a great dinner and a wonderful visit, then headed back home around 9:00. It was a LONG day, but well worth it!On the way home we turned Amelia's car seat around for the first time and she thought it was great! Doesn't she look big!
We had a great weekend celebrating all the father's in our lives! I am so thankful for both of our fathers-we are so lucky! And I am amazed by what a wonderful, loving, caring, funny father Chris is to Amelia! It makes me so happy to see the special relationship they are growing-I can just see them dancing and singing together, hunting together (cringe)! Thank you Chris for being such a wonderful father!
